finding buried sites on search engine

Just wondering if there is an easy way to find a site that is deep in the search rankings for certain keywords?

for example, I would like to track google search movement month to month of a site based on certain keywords where the results might have the site ranked on page 20 or 50 etc. Is it possible to easily find a site that may be on page 46 for example, without having to manually look through every single google search page looking for it?

I made a script like that a few years back.. But it only checks the first 100 google results for the site.. It could easily be made to check several pages. Check out the file handling functions and the regex functions of PHP - it is a pretty simple script :) The only thing about it is that different google datacenters will return different results, so you either have to check all of them or choose which one is the most important to you.
