It's weird you made this thread, because today a friend of mine told me that some dude invented a tire that doesn't wear down at all, but they won't "release it" because then obviously the tire companies will lose repeat business if the tires never need to be replaced. Anyone know if there is some truth to this?
It's kind of the same thing in the way that people don't expect there to be a single "cure" for AIDS or cancer, but instead certain types of medication that will keep you alive while draining your bank account... |
Don't think they would look right on my 22's. Seems like a good
idea. Chrome rims that won't bend against pot holes. That should be next. |

Those have been named Tweels (tire+wheel)...they aren't available to the public, performance reports on them have been pretty good for it's initial stages of development. I have seen reports that they are a little loud though...
