FEB Support Issue...
 
Yeh, another FEB thread from me. So this past weekend I had some questions I needed to clear up with them about accounting, I sent them an email asking about the problem. I thought about it for a minute and realized they probably wouldn't answer until Monday, ok, fuck it, I'll ask at GFY. I got my question answered within 20 minutes (thanks guys!) and all problems were solved.

Right now it's Tuesday night at 6 PM and I still haven't heard back from them. Yeh, I got my questions answered already, but they don't know that. I figured two working days would have been enough time to answer a payment question. What do you think?

By the way, I emailed their support address listed inside the webmasters area, maybe there's a better way to contact them?

Maybe your email never arrived or something. It happens to me all the time. Anyway, I sent the topic to Boss Hawg which I'm sure he'll get back to you when he comes online.

Not sure why your email was not answered yet by our support guys but hit me up and I will take care of you...We usually are very prompt on all questions and esepcially payment issues...
