Designers - Keep an eye out $$$$

I'm more than likely going to start a design contest thread here on GFY to have a wordpress design done within the next week. First off, what would be a fair price to pay you guys for a contest like this? Here are some of the requirements once I'm ready to go through with it...

-Eye catching design: I'm thinking 3 column... Unique colors, badass header logo, you know the usual. Also would want a small tgp section much like imagepost and other static sections.
-Everything fully coded and installed on my server. This isn't exactly a big deal, but saves me a lil time.
-Scripts/Plugins installed. I want a link trading script installed for sure and possibly a couple more.

Yea I just had ADE do a layout for me for a Joomla site and it came out looking pretty good. Site isn't live yet so I can't post it.

That design is red hot, but also consider that the look of the site is better than most paysites. Do you really want the sample to look better than what you are trying to get people to buy?

I agree... I waited one minute and it still wasnt finished loading so I closed it.
