epassporte withdrawal to US bank account

Hey buddies , today when I withdrew the money in Epassporte account to my US bank account , it stated that :"There was an error completing your request. For more information please Contact Us directly. " And the withdrawal wasn't processed .

Any one has similar experience ? Who can tell me what I should do .....?
