I'm sorry to hear that.

i can't say that everyone is gonna like what she has to say. we keep the records exactly old school 2257 way. file cabinets split into the old school way of legal name for one, stage names for the other, and i believe titles by the other or website. they actually relayed to us that its what they liked it or something like that.

You guys should scan and digitize everything....we have done this for studios....we scanned, organized and digitized a entire wall of cabinets full of docs for one of our studio partners in 1 week :-) bad ass scanners which take 50 pages per minute....
