Anyone know anything about vBulletin?

I've seen a few sites have the last few posts on a vBulletin site listed on external pages and I've been looking for how they do it, anyone know? XBiz has it on their main page "From the boards". Anyone?

external.php?type=rss2 is usually the url

there is also a vbulletin content managment system that can be added on, which I think might be what xbiz is running
