It won't be long before we have games that look like real video. How many years do you figure? 10?

Its in-game. People said the same thing about Farcry's screen shots and that they couldn't be in-game when they were.

Consequently, you'll need Vista, DX10 and a DX10 card to get those resolutions.

Likely won't happen, designer resources required to create 3d models shoot up astronomically as graphics improve to that level. We'll see though, I know I won't be against that.
