Any *GOOD* Mainstream banner designers?
 

Im seeking designers with mainstream banner experience who are good - I am willing to pay good money for experiened quality designers. Just knowing photoshop and and a couple filers doesn't count.

I'm looking for people who can make clean, on brand creatives with strong calls to action and a professional look and feel.

I am seeking that unique individual who understands *deeply* how certain design techniques affects CTR and conversion ratios. I not looking for someone who can make a hundred so-so banners for $15 a pop.
