 I Have Something Good To Say About Epassporte...

	I always see threads with people complaining that Epassporte is down, or the customer service is crap...or that their card is taking forever to come. Well I just thought that I would throw something positive in there too...I ordered my first card recently and it just arrived after only just over a week:upsidedow So I am very happy with the prompt service...and I live in little old New Zealand, so I thought it would take forever:Oh crap So thumbs up today for Epassporte:thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup  | 
		
 I hope mine comes just as fast.

 i have really never had any problems with Epass.  I remember the days of using Paypal and my funds always being frozen, and that by far is a lot worse then the epass site being down every now and then.

	My only beef with them is the same as most people's. Their customer service reps need training. They might understand their system and perform tasks on accounts, but most of them have such a negative tone to their voice. They either sound bored or arrogant. There really isn't anything in between.  |

 I've been super happy with epassporte!! I havn't even had problems with their site being down. The first 2 wires took a little longer to clear because i didn't send it through the correct intermediary bank, but since then things have been great! 
	Keep up the great service Epassporte! ;)  |
