Thoughts on outsourcing for adult companies
 

I'm writing an article for webmaster vault about some of the do's and do not's of outsourcing work for adult companies and was wondering if anyone had any stories they would like to share or advice based on their own experiences. I'd like my article to cover some of the basic ideas behind outsourcing adult work and include some advice on what to look for and what to avoid when outsourcing.

If you have a company and/or product that involves outsourcing hit me up and if I can use any info/ideas you give me in the story I would be happy to give you a nice plug in the article.

I can only tell you the reason why some companies tend to loose the quality of their work, is because most of the veteran designers, programmers, webmasters etc. are only getting 11% of what your paying the company! Thats why they leave, and the replacements are all amateurs!

really, that's interesting. Did you work for an outsourcing company? Just curious how you know this.

I borrowed someone's outsourced designer a couple of times...the work was ok and he spoke great english because apparently they paid for english lessons.

I've heard horror stories about programmers. A designer is one thing, a coder you need having fluent english to communicate what the script is supposed to do properly.
