Ordered a computer from NewEgg, paid for overnight shipping and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address!!! The driver didn't even get the right street. Someone else has my new computer! :321GFY

I think you've called at the client service . What did they told you ?

You can get a refund on that. It's very easy to do.

edit: refund on the shipping that is.

They said they would send someone to pick it up from the wrong address and redeliver it to me within 24-48 hours. If the box has been opened when it gets here I am refusing delivery.

seems like everytime i pay for overnight it doesnt even get here the next day, i have better luck with just normal ground..

but im a sucker for overnight because when i want something i want it now!

My day job I deal with ups and fedex all day long. They do NOT give a shit. Demand refund on your overnight shipping and give them hell.

Dont make me nervous, we just had to send our Eos 1d mark II back to canon for a shutter repair. :Oh crap Guy behind the counter at fedex was a dumbass. Tried to insure it for 4k, and they dont really do that, they just do a declared value.. :disgust

As bad as FedEx can be, they are nowhere near as bad as UPS in my experience...
