Seeing how GFY is not limited to webmasters only, I really think personally that this thread should be deleted.
Carry on. |

Password sites do suck for the people that lack the experience, knowledge or money to protect them properly. It sucks for some - But not for all.
I don?t fear or care about password leaks, we give out passwords to pw sites. We also use pw sites to monitor possible exploits or mass leak problems, which do happen. We took the time to setup custom login and bad pages; we pass in, through and pull the Webmaster id on the different pages. Since I use strong box I?m able to customize these pages to maximize my traffic streams. It?s neat to see a Webmaster, which only sends a few sales anyway, get a real password leak and pickup a few sales because of it. Don?t fear pw sites, post forums, software to expose the leaks.. The more ways we know where, how they operate ? the better we can target & filter the traffic sources. Webmasters will spend years trying to filter down traffic, rip more money from the webmasters traffic, ect.. But they ignore one of the largest sources of ?FREE? paysite traffic.. Mind boggling. |
wow i'm not genius but this must be bad for business :(
|
Wow, thanks!!
|
that can't be good!
|
it's free traffic. bandwidth doesn't cost shit. setup your rules and once a user has been flagged as leaked you just toss 'em to a fake ma full of upsells and shit. lots of stuff you can do. monetize it.
|
not cool...
|
My cock is going to be sore from that link

somebody block the link at least

I really cant see the problem with this. Its just a google search for passwords. If you dont catch runnaway accounts before google catches the pages. Then you really should look into your site security
:2 cents: |
i also don't understand what your problems are! every idiot knows how to search for pw: xxx passwords
so there is nothing wrong with posting that |

Not good. You should consider lawsuits like the ones by RIAA..

Another Solution
Using Google to find passwords has been around a long
time. Many of these password trading sites are outside of the US. Time has proven that they have multiple lives and just rear their ugly heads over and over again after being shut down. You can easily use Google to pinpoint exactly who is publishing stolen passwords from your sites. Basically, in Advanced Search Mode in Google, use the template: "http://*:*@xxx.com/members" There will always be malicious hackers who get their kicks by publishing stolen passes. The trick is to make sure those stolen passes DO NOT WORK. That takes all the fun away from hacking them and will discourage leechers if all they find are dead passwords in those trading forums. I represent a Next Generation Password Protection System called Phantom Frog that is based on the premise of providing 24/7 uninterrupted access to your valid members and none to hackers/leechers. Our system uses Geo-IP Tracking technology which will not even allow 2 friends to share the same password let alone a whole trading forum with hundreds of leechers! The second way we make life simple for webmasters is through Automated Member Support. So, if this abuse/sharing happens while you're sleeping or away, your legitimate paying member can have a fresh new password re-issued to them via email. As a result, the paying member is not blocked out of your website and isn't looking to cancel their membership. Our product is integrated with CCBill, NetBilling, Paycom, NATS, MPA3, Verotel, 2000Charge, SegPay, Jettis, and 365Billing. We have stellar webmaster testimonials listed on our site. Phantom Frog has a simple FREE Trial Version which installs in 5 minutes or we can handle the complete demo installation for you from our end. Most of customers were motivated to purchase our password protection only 3 days after installing the demo! Check out our recent GFY press releases at: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=727421 webmaster-q-and-fuckin-a/718701-leap-hacker-free-world.html Visit this link to try our FREE demo: www.PhantomFrog.com/g Please feel free to contact me with any questions or feedback. |

Since you obviously have some thinking problems I try to explain you why paysites don't have to shut down: 1: the majority doesn't do illegal stuff like that. They don't even think about such ways to get free porn. 2: there are not passes for every site findable. The sites that are hackable with bruteforcing (the method the hackers use) becoming less. If you take a look at the password sites, you will see, that always the same sites appear. In general those are sites that are old and never updated. The owners don't care to much about those sites, because today it is really easy to make the site secure against bruteforcing. But still, when people want free passwords they find them very easy, so here nobody is telling any secrets at all! Hope that was easy enough for you!! :winkwink: |

I like password sites, they send me lots of traffic.
|
another thing you guys can do is post fake PW to your sites which will bring up some content but not all. teaser and then upsell like the previous guy said.
hook em and take em in. |
no no, you dont understand me.
Posting it on GFY for the surfers is the bad idea. Why? Because many Affiliates of those companies make money from thos companies and come here. They dont want to post links to direct competitors for all to see. Make them find it if they want to, or have the brains to, or the tendancy. So I'm not saying "shut down all password sites", nor did I imply that! If you inferred it, thats not my problem :) My post was on behalf of affiliates who dont need the competition. |
damn thats realy insane!
