Is there a pay per minute phone service?

I want to offer some consulting info to callers who call me and charge them per minute. Is there a service that provides a phone number and can charge callers per minute then pay me?

Yep... do a google for "audiotext" - it's basically the same system used for phone sex and sports tips etc.
