Just saw Spiderman last night
 

It was OK.
Not bad. Better then the frist two. I would say that the thing that saved that movie was the graphics.
Otherwise it sucked like the first two.
Anyone else seen it ?

it should have been two movies not one

they should have cut venom out of the movie and focused on the black suit

shown off all of its cool powers like the comic book (morphing into street cloths)


the next movie should have focused on venom.

Saw it. I prefer the first movie. First movie is always the best.

KlenTelaris, yes, the extended 4hour version of lolr3 was great.
I think the "1st" movie of each new movie gives a sence of unexpected story line, where 2,3,4 etc you pretty much know whats going to happen.

How many movies have you seen where the good guy dies and the bad guy gets the girl.. not many..

i have seen it and i didn't like it, action was OK though the story cmon, too introspective (almost got me sleeping) and the main actor has a face that is so dumb! like he's day dreaming all the time... too long bla bla bla... they wanted to make it a real 'true life' about a ppl that thinks about his future and things like that, fighting with his 'dark side' and so on... ok NEXT.

i would have cut venom completely out of the movie

the memory lose that harry had because of the battle between him and peter would have lasted the entire movie

have mj be pushed away from peter by is actions and his desire for revenge instead of because she wanted to save from the green goblin II

get rid of that stupid dance routine

an have the fight between the sandman and spiderman at the end be the climax (with harry help)

I saw it last night and I was entertained

haven't saw it yet..planning to watch it next week..

I also went to see it yesterday. I enjoyed it quite alot.

personally i dont think they can show the black suirt and not have venom in, the whole point of the black suite is that its the symbiote which becomes venom, if anything they should have cut out, sandman

I agree... I dont know why the hell they picked sandman to be in this movie of all the villians.. seemed completely unnecassary.. Seemed like it was more of an excuse for over the top special effects.

I would have been happier of the core of the movie was about venom, and more groundwork for the green goblin jr. Too much for one movie really.

the Venom story deserved an entire movie. it was stupid to put it in this one. everything seemed crowded, too many characters, too much going on. still a good movie, but the 1st and 2nd ones are much better films.

I forget from the comic books, but doesnt Mj's ex fiance become a villain at some point? The astronaut?

if you watch them it's as if you are rewatching superman movies with a different title.
same story lines and same ideas.
guy works in newspaper, guy falls in love with someone in the newspaper, guy saves the world, guy has to fight multiple threats to the human life, guy's mother figure is the one that routes him the right way, guy has to choose between his powers and his love.
all 3 spider man movies sucked royally but the thing that saved this movie was the graphic effects which they didn't have back in the 70's and 80's in superman.

You cannot do the black suit Spidey without introducing Venom in it. However, I will say there was not enough Venom in this movie. Despite that, I really love how the transition flowed well from the comic storyline to the screens.

My guess, is that if they do go on for the 4th installment with the same actors and directors, Venom will reprise the villain and hero role. Perhaps Carnage will grace the screens and Venom will team up, rather reluctantly, with Spidey as the comics have done.

I saw it yesterday. To be honest, listening to all the bad reviews from here had me worried. But, I liked it!
