What do you dislike / Like about epassporte...
I am interested in hearing what you guys dislike and like about epassporte....
What would you fix if you could or what would you want them to ad and what do you like about em?? |
I'll start it off my self...
I wish epassporte had better phone support. |
I've never had a problem with epassporte so far. Then again I've only been with them for a short while. I think if the phone support hasn't been the greatest try contacting michael on ICQ. I've contacted him a couple of times all my questions have been answered asap.

I dislike the fact that I have under a grand of money there. I want more. Feel free to donate some to my-nickname @epassporte.com
Seriously though, I don't think there's much wrong with it. I haven't had issues that require support, so I can't chime in the 'horror stories'. So, I suppose it's fine as it is..but should concentrate more on customer support, maybe |

i like the way it makes it easier for us non-us webmasters to get paid - without sharing too much with the bank (cashing in US checks is damn expensive)

Likes? Not many - elected not to use them.
Dislikes? Pleased I never used them - too unstable and only a matter of time before this hits the fan (gaming related). A real bank is *far* superior :pimp |
- No response to support emails from the message center.
- Inability to reach customer service by phone. - Inability to reach customer service by email. - Account adjustments with no correspondence. - Having to "request" copies on monthly statements. - Virtual Visa not being accepted on ccbill, paypal, etc. - Unusual long delays in payments. just to name a few.. |
Dislike: Their support.
Like: Everything else. |
I love that I can travel abroad with my Visa Electron card and still have easy access to sponsor payouts, rather than waiting for checks to arrive in my physical address

It works extremely nice for me. So I can say nothing bad about ePassporte. The only thing I'm missing... there is no direct Russia to Russia p2p's, but it's not really essential to me however.

support is absolutely PATHETIC
If there is a need for anything to be done - support needs to be there. It took 2 weeks to get a response on retrieving a new password - FUCKING RIDICULOUS! |

Make it easier to increase the limits in and out bound.
Also the issues on sending to a personal or biz account are a pain in the ass. |
I have always received excellent support by email and over the phone ... epass' keep up the good work! :thumbsup

the 3 day waiting period to make transfers was really annoying, especially after I loaded the account with a lot of cash - and NO obvious warning beforehand that it would takje 3 days

I don't like the fact that they don't have address verification for virtual visa transactions which is why the virtual visa doesn't work with so many online merchants. And i think it's odd that you have to request your monthly statements before you can download them.
But other than that i've been very happy with epassporte thus far. |
