Windows Vista will save the adult industry!
I've seen quite a bit of post about how spyware is killing the adult industry. Most of these spyware programs use rootkits to hide from anti-viruses and anti-spyware utilities.
Windows Vista has a built in feature called PatchGuard. PatchGuard blocks quite a bit of rootkits out there, it's not impenetrable but it's better than nothing which is what XP(32bt) has. I know there are some tools to help remove rootkits on Windows XP. The problem with those is the rootkit is already installed, most of the time the rootkit will find it's way back on the system. So usually you will have to format your system to remove the rootkit(s). You can all start sending your letters to Bill and Steve for saving our wonderful industry. (Disclaimer: Windows Vista probably won't save anything, I was a little bored when I created this thread.) |
Wasn't there a post earlier this week about a couple guys that had already "hacked" Vista such that they could install some sort of "bootkit?" which is worse than a rootkit???

I think Vista is the worse operating software.................

Vista = 500,000 new virus to be... ^^
Windows XP can be just a secure as Vista if you know what your doing !
If it was not for the fact that I play PC games, I would only be running a linux/gui distro... If you want a secure OS then look away from windows... Vista = :throwup :throwup :throwup :throwup :throwup Long live Windows ! |
