I think companies have the right to fire someone or not do business with someone because of things they say, but nowadays with the internet you would never be able to censor rap because home studios are a dime a dozen and the music will still be everywhere all over the place...

You can download music editing and production software for free and you can access the internet for free...anyone with a computer can produce music with drag and drop method. You can upload and host your music for free (myspace) others....Censoring music will never work! You can us the shout cast system winamp and stream you music also...
