Need work fast - Logos and Banners on SALE! - Help me out!
 

My landlord went on a rampage last night cause I told her I was short on my payment. She is threatening to terminate my contract if I do not pay by NOON TODAY!

The reason I am short is because I had a top paying client bail on me. I have most of the payment, but she will not budge.

Sorry to do a selfbump here, but I feel like I should mention that this is not a "rent" payment. I am renting to "own" and I am in year 2 of my 4 year contract. I would hate to lose this place cause I was careless.
