I predict Steve-O, not by an accident performing one of his stunts, but by drug overdose.

Steve O is the craziest as far as stupid shit goes but Johnny is the one who does the most physical stunts and loves pain. I think Steve O will die first simply for the fact that Johnny has moved on to bigger things in Hollywood and won't be doing his own stunts for long.

It'll prolly be someone smaller and not from a stunt related death. I can see Rake overdosing on Mountain Dew and World of Warcraft or some shit like that.
