Good luck, especially with the first domain...I don't think using "YouTube" in a domain name is a good idea.

I'd just change the domain, going for this "web 2.0 embed video" video stuff is certainly good for some nice traffic.

as in only god knows when I will get a some letter from some dumb ass lawyer asking me to put it down...

I just started them, so right now its mostly traffic from choker to see how well it responds but the search engines have picked it up quickly... 2-3 days and already over 200 pages in google and not supplemental and sending 30-40 SE people per day! I also did two tests for load and sended over 2000 people per hour and it was all smooth and kosher!

I have a backup plan and a few other domains waiting in case I have to move quickly... And for people waiting to post vids, dont worry the content will be moved and the domain 301 to the new one...
