CCBill fees - Anyone knows about this?
 

I contacted CCBill for a wire transfer for my earnings. According to the stats I have earned $5000 since my last check. They replied saying that I have $3100 in my account. The amounts shown in stats don't include "ccbill fees and transfer costs of any checks sent out". WTF??? What percentage do they charge as fees? 40% of all earnings??? It's not even written anywhere on their site.

I would contact us to get a breakdown of your account, an example of what some of them could be:

*5% holdback that we return in 6 months
*refunds/chargeback's credited back to the consumer

Theyre not screwing you around or anything but the breakdown of the fees can be so weird. I bugged them so many times to explain where exactly my money goes to. I had/have the same problem. I see 5k in earnings and get 3500 on my bank for example. Nothing shady going on but till this day i'm often clueless where it all goes.

Which admin are you referring to? Aff or Sponsor?

I wish everyone I dealt with in this Industry had stats and reports that give me half the information CCBill does. Those guys are real pros and getting more of my business every week. Contact them or dive into the reports and its all there.
