looks good although the real guts is in the terms of service/linking rules.

I notice you dont allow links on pages that appear in a frame or iframe ? is there some reasn for this ? i cant choose how someone else displays my site such as yahoo or google often display your page inside a frame, furthermore inside a secure frame.. as long as the links target blank i dont see a problem..
