Dog is currently free and I believe he's awaiting a hearing that will decide if he gets extradited to stand trial. Mexico wants to jail him for capturing a brutal rapist of women in the US and smuggling him back the to the US where he would stand trial.

Bounty hunting is highly illegal in Mexico. That's why all the criminals and rapists go there to hide out.

if iranian bounty hunters illegaly entered the usa and kidnapped and bound 2 people who had not broken any american laws , what do you think would happen. :)

When you travel in other countries you obey their laws..

If they had entered the country legally stating they were bounty hunters after crooks , they would have been sent home before any trouble started

Think you are correct Smokey - even law officers can't just elect to enter other countries and kidnap people - despite they may be "perps". Why should some self-elected "bounty hunter" with no credentials?

You analogy may work if the Iranian bounty hunter was in the US looking for Iranian nationals who commited crimes in Iran and then fled to the US (which refuses to extradite or hunt these criminals themselves) to avoid arrest and prosecution.

Also, your "Iran" would have to be a country that borders the US and generally has friendly relations.

Problem is the crime occured in the US and he fled to Mexico.If it was a US citizen commiting a crime in Mexico then its up to the Mexican goverment to deal with him.

He looks like a nice enough guy
