Almost as funky as that case of a guy getting millions of dollars since his BMW was sprayed wrong. That case actually went up to the US Supreme Court. Justice Stevens had to resuscitate a long dead legal doctrine just to give the multimillion dollar verdict a hard pimphand slap back to realityland.
