Beefed out, mine is 4 pounds, duo core, 2gigs, 100gig HDD I think, fat video card, runs like a champ. I think it was $2611.00 or so plus shipping blah blah, but wouldn't trade it for anything. Road ready and has the broadband cellular link built into the fram of the monitor (no external antenna).

3 or 4 of us here now have them and they are everything we need in a laptop in and out of the office.

Get the Dell M1210. I've had it for a few months and absolutely love it. Very lightweight, 2 gig of Ram, 100 gig HD and 12" monitor. Small, light and powerful.
