Am I being cheated by trades?
 

Protect-x says the trades for my TGP are fine but my traffic prod on other sites has gone down dramatically since I added a couple big trades. There are really no signs that the 2 new trades are cheating other than the fact that my traffic's prod on other sites has decreased and that the 2 sites prod seems to correlate.

By this I mean that when one site has fair prod for the day, the other does too...and when one's prod is high, so is the other. I've seen it go from 85% prod to 180% and they're always within 10-15% of each other. It's done this for about a month now.

I really don't think the problem is my site or my traffic, though...because my site gets a couple thousand uniques a day from the SEs and last I checked they were about the most productive of all adult traffic.

My skim was at 60%, but about 2 months ago I raised it to 70-75% and it apparently hasn't done shit for my trades. I'm only getting around 50% returns from them, and sometimes as low as 25%. Soooo what the fuck is the problem here? Am I being cheated with hitbots or something? I'm using SmartTrafficTrader btw.

perhaps those new large trades are sending you a fair amount of nocookie traffic and you're passing it on to your trades?
do they maybe have (much) lower producitivity on your site than your other trades?
the nocookie traffic gives the trade credit for the hit in, but not for the clicks it produced

It doesn't appear that they are sending nocookie traffic as that is filtered out seperately. They are sending a ton of raw hits however. I should have mentioned that sooner.

Their productivity is actually about the same as the rest of my trades and they usually send about 140-160% of what I send them. Another odd thing is that they are generic thumb sites and mine is a text site and I've never had a trade like this work out well.

i'd say kill those trades
normal trades send 80-85% uniques

Would they happen to be these? Both contain virus/redirect.

Always check... if you see ESTDOMAINS in the whois, blacklist them directly. Avoid the hassle.

Here are more domains with virus from that ip if you care.
Notice that most these domains use the domain from the DNS(6ygalleries.com has a DNS of NS1.6ygalleries.com). It seems a good percentage of sites that do this are up to something, at least in my latest observations. Of course that is not always the case, but worth flagging for further looksees.
