WTF!!!! Web Beginne needs help
 

Okay since I am totally new to this whole web thing can somebody explain to me the following. I am trying to install strongbox and they asked me for the following. Could you tell me how to go about doing this? I have no fucking clue...

I tried to install Strongbox but it appears the ScriptAlias is missing. Once that's been added to your httpd.conf file, I can run the installation. Please let me know when that's configured, or, given the root password,

Exactly..If you are new to the biz and servers I would suggest you get a managed server and your hosting company would be able to take care of this.

Sorry if that email was confusing, Erin. It looks like Ali and you corresponded and your
host took care of it, so Strongbox is now installed. We've made a note to try to be a little
more clear about that in the future, mentioned in the intial email something like "please
let your server admin or web host know that ..."

Thanks Ray. Everything is up and running. I feel like an A## because it was my fault from the get go. I wasn't paying attention when I transferred my files.
