why do you say that? just wonderin cause i got domains parked there. maybe i should scoot out before i have too many domains with them.

bdld 05-01-2007 01:09 AM

i've never had any problems with them. been with them for years.

Boobs 05-01-2007 01:14 AM

i love godaddy :thumbsup

donkevlar 05-01-2007 01:16 AM

GoDaddy is an anus. I haven't yet, but when I buy new domains i'm going to try namecheap. $2 private reg vs godaddy's $6 or whatever makes a huge difference.

Pornwolf 05-01-2007 01:20 AM

They are much better than they were a few years ago. I keep all of my new mainstream regs there now.

I stopped using them from 2002-2005 cause their backend sucked balls.

The thing that sucks about Namecheap is when private registration runs out. You have to buy more time on them.

en21 05-01-2007 03:40 AM

Well I used to use godaddy.... but recently there was a post about godaddy taking out someone domain without owner authorization.... hence I am moving to namecheap...

namecheap so far has been good and cheaper of course

u-Bob 05-01-2007 06:41 AM

never had a problem with them.

Very bad! And very very bad for adult.
Domain stealing, close for any shit w/o explanations.
You have service, you have 100's clients, godaddy say: fuck you. Your domain closed. Why? Let me see abuse. No, fuck you. It's not my fantasy.
one day you find your domain on someone else's account, godaddy support answer for your question "wtf": you not renew domain.
what? i have cc checkout, domain was renew few month ago, wtf?
godaddy say you: fuck off.
and how your domain was transfered to domain broker? why?

g$$$ 05-01-2007 06:53 AM

i like the fact that they renew domain names automatically...

Vendot 05-01-2007 07:49 AM

Godaddy is just a spamming machine.

why would that be any more safe that Go Daddy? I've had adult domains with Go Daddy for 7 years now and never had the slightest problem:2 cents:

Phoenix 05-01-2007 08:28 AM

why dont you list some of your domains here so we can all have a look at them

nikooo 05-01-2007 09:47 AM

Godaddy:thumbsup :thumbsup

jonesonyou 05-01-2007 09:50 AM

I have never had any problems with godaddy.

cheekycherry 05-01-2007 10:14 AM

There's only two types of Godaddy customers...

Those who have been burned (me)...

And those who are going to be burned... (you if you use them and haven't been burned already)...

Steer WELL clear, Godaddy suck!

acctman 05-01-2007 10:18 AM

godaddy's problems are with there service... if you use any of godaddy's extra services, hosting, parking, email, forwarding, ... and you get accused of spamming they'll shut down all of you domains that have there DNS on it and charge you something like 190-240$ to re-activate them.

as long as you don't use anything godaddy related other than domain registering then you're ok.
