I was with them a couple of years ago. When things were good they were great, fast ticket response, helpful etc. Then they had a major crash and my servers were down for 3 or 4 days, support tickets went unanswered, phone was unanswered and they lost every bit of data I had on the servers (even though they said they had backups).

So yeah, be careful with them.

try a company that cares... www.dwhs.com all out support is out of LA not some company in another country that is sharing people with 5 companies they have never seen.

I was a HG customer for a while. It was a piddly little shared account for a small site. I was mostly happy with them until someone else on the machine kept knocking out the server with some sort of MySQL query that was eating up memory and crashing the machine. Took them DAYS to figure out who was doing it. In the meantime, I left and have never looked back.

Yeap - HG sucks! Their support was horrible. I had to fight with them to get a refund. (but I got it)

Bump for Chaze and DWHS.

I love a host that actually answers questions and has timely support and DWHS has been that and more.

I fucking hate people who bitch about their hosts and don't switch. Hosting is a competitive business. If you're dissatisfied, move. Its that simple. Quit your crying and move to a new host.
