How hard is it to get an account set up with these people? They do not have the online instant set up like ccbill and ibill....did anyone else have any problems?

I'll agree, the signup forms are lengthy, however if you communicate with them on it, the process goes a bit smoother.

We've worked with Isabel, she made everything a lot easier.

I think their agreement is about 48 pages long. I was gonna give them another shot because they have been stable for a few years. While glancing through the agreement I noticed a line that basicly said "I waive the right to sue them for non-payment". It's been sitting unsigned ever since. Maybe thats a normal clause for processors but I dont remember that with ccbill or ibill and it just struck a bad note with me ( combined with a 48 page contract ). Im not saying anything bad about Epoch, just that the contract threw me.

i'd suggest auditing their cgi code they have you install though, it has a few critical flaws. otherwise, have at it!
