do you drink alergy pills?do they make you sleepy?

i take antihistamine's before going to sleep (yes..because ifi take them during the day i get too sleepy to do any work)
and it keeps my nose fine for the whole morning and part of the afternoon... but after that its hell

please excuse my lack of knowledge but why is the pollen counts worse in certain states??? just curious.

No idea about states really... im nowhere near them... im in a mediterranean country where every beginning of spring, tons of pollen rise...

the difference might be because of the vegetation in the different states... i guess in desertic regions there isnt much of it

just started to use this and havent had any symptoms since.
Might want to ask around if they have it in Italy or order it from Ebay.
It works for 70% of people with allergies. You just put it in your nose hole for a few minutes every day.

I'm the same, the pills not only make you sleepy, they'll make you fat too if you keep taking them for a long time

but I'm still better off now that I'm back in Bulgaria, last 10 years I was in Africa - there I had hay fever like 12 months

I've been getting serum shots for 30 years now (desensitization). If I go a fe months without the shots, I notice my allergies coming back. If I stay with it, I'm pretty much symptom free. See if you can find an allergy specialist. It's well worth it.

Yeah me too don't fucking feel bad. Benadryl works great for me. I fucking hate allergies. They are the worst it's like having a cold that won't go away...:mad:
