From what I have heard and read and to quote the High Times article... "brings on an extreme high in minutes." And yes, is supposed to also conserve weed.

I saw them first advertised on stoner sites but I thought it was some gimmick, and at 500 bucks a pop, I wasnt gonna test it out in hopes that it did work.

Then I started running into them on medical supply websites and reading more about the process. So I found this one off a medical supply website.
