Why do the scammers seem to come out on weekends?
 
It seems like we get more fraudulent orders placed on the weekends than during the week. Why is that?

Is it because they have to work flipping burgers during the week, or do they think we don't monitor things on the weekend?

Anyone else notice this phenomena?

Maybe becouse they think you eat BBQ only on weekends and you but 100L of beer for that time...

I would assume it is because they think that companies will have left staff keeping their eye open for bullshit at weekends..

I guess they suspect most online webmasters work in the office during the week, but work from home on the weekend. Perhaps not having colleagues and all the official stuff to hand when at home somehow makes you more vulnerable to a scam?

I would say that the weekends see a much higher incidence of many things. I would say its a coalation of things.
