I have bought content from you in the past, I bought it with an exclusive license and I made sure to tell you that I was going to sell the content in my store and on the boards, that was okay, I was told.

As far as I remember, this was a couple of years ago and I made the deal with a guy called photoman, I do not even know who you are or how you fit into this black picture you have painted, and as you can clearly see by the ICQ log below, you and photoman where not even in relation back then. So please, get your facts straight and stop shitting on my thread because you think I am stealing your customers.

Some never learn. Kandah pops up every few months with a killer content deal. Then the owners of the content popup claiming that he doesn't own the re-sell rights for it. Buy your content from Kandah and you open yourself up to a lawsuit from the actual content owners.

damn this sounds like such a good deal and we are always on the lookout for cheap content.... but the whole stolen content thing just scares me too much, way too much liability.

how common are these kinds of problems? I'm not saying that the person who started this thread did anything wrong (cause I dont know the whole situation)

but I think just for stuff like this there should be a rating/warning system on GFY for transactions
