Amazon.com - used to, not sure if it's still accepted
paypal - until recently

Many domain registrars and hosting companies will process it

Anyone tried Western Union's 'Send Money Online' service or Payko.com (for online money orders)?

That's not true. Epassporte Virtual Visa comes with CVV2, check your welcome email inside your epass member area.

You can still withdraw at the atm, and thats just good stuff.

I Just bought amazon gift certificate with epass virtual visa.

Tried to use it at DirectNIC.com and it was just not taking it. Oh well I just hit the ATM and get the money.
