Do not use BoonEx Software
 

Paid boonex to install their link script on my site. Script doesn't work right and they won't fix the install or refund the purchase. Was looking into their a/v chat setup which costs $300, so glad they screwed me on a smaller deal, but figured I'd warn other webmasters not to work with them.

I run their Dolphin package on a few of my communtiy sites and love it, they have always been responsive to me. Sorry to hear they are giving you the run around

I use Dolphin too and it rocks :thumbsup
