http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18317218/

I say it should be. Does not bother me one bit.

Vegas Ken 04-26-2007 09:03 AM

Did not know that it is illegal now.

mailman 04-26-2007 09:03 AM

wtf its only a tit.

Sarah_Jayne 04-26-2007 09:07 AM

The notion of it being illegal is ridiculous.

RedShoe 04-26-2007 09:09 AM

tell me you wouldn't want to suck her tits in public.
http://celvarini.free.fr/new/Gformat..._p_preview.jpg

That XX-Cel guy has his shit together.

RedShoe 04-26-2007 09:10 AM

A tit that doesn't produce milk, is kinda like having a broken titty.

Danny_C 04-26-2007 09:10 AM

It should be mandatory.

LiveDose 04-26-2007 09:10 AM

Only if the mom is hot.

MAMdatory.

pornguy 04-26-2007 09:13 AM

Its not illegal, but I also think that throwing them out for doing it is bullshit.

If they had offered her some place more private, then I dont think that they would be in trouble.

But I can just see some old man getting to see the nicest tit he has seen in some time, and his old bible beating wife going to complain.

D 04-26-2007 09:15 AM

Yes. It should be legal.

D 04-26-2007 09:17 AM

pornguy 04-26-2007 09:19 AM

Shoe, Are you a tit man by any chance?

Jenny S. 04-26-2007 09:34 AM

Sue the shit out of his prudish ass, girl!

Tex. Health Code Ann. § 165.001, et seq. (1995) authorizes a woman to breastfeed her child in any location and provides for the use of a "mother-friendly" designation for employers who have policies supporting work site breastfeeding. (HB 340, HB 359).

v4 media 04-26-2007 09:35 AM

Only if they don't mind me watching.

StuartD 04-26-2007 09:37 AM

Yes, it should be legal... people need to get over themselves. Anyone who thinks it might be "naughty" has to realize that is what THEY are thinking, not what necessarily what others are thinking.

Rochard 04-26-2007 09:37 AM

If a woman wants to expose her breasts in public.... I'm all for it. Hell, I'll even support it!

Trust me, she is gonna get paid.

LadyMischief 04-26-2007 09:57 AM

It should totally be legal... Why would they villify the means of giving life to a child? It's legal in Ontario... hell toplessness is legal in Ontario because of breastfeeding.

aimeesweet 04-26-2007 10:20 AM

Of course it should be legal... what kind of idiots would be opposed to a mother feeding her child?

aimeesweet 04-26-2007 10:21 AM

double post ;)

bopha 04-26-2007 10:24 AM

Yes to the Milk Trucks, but they need to stop when their kids are old enough to read. That creeps me out.

Should it be illegal is more like the question. We all came into this world the same way, breast feeding is a natural process. I see no problems with it.

pornguy 04-26-2007 10:27 AM

I think that some women over do it a bit. Almost taking off their tops, They could be a bit more discreet about it. But to say that they can not, is absurd.

wdsguy 04-26-2007 10:31 AM

it should only be legal if we can all gather around and watch :-)

TGVinny 04-26-2007 10:34 AM

Who cares! If it's a health code thing, it's not dirtier than going to the bathroom and not washing your hands. At least the mom isn't going to stick her tit in the bowl of trail mix sitting on the bar. Although i wouldn't object it if i saw a MILF put her tit in the mix!

martinsc 04-26-2007 10:40 AM

hell yeah....

carol.prime 04-26-2007 11:06 AM

yes of course..there's nothing wrong with that..

tenletters 04-26-2007 11:06 AM

while i wouldn't mind a normal looking chick feeding her infant, i would not want to sit next to some ugly woman at Arby's and try to eat while she feeds her offspring with her torpedo shaped sagger.

And there should be an age cutoff.. no 8, 10, or 25 year olds should be sucking on milk tits... at least not in public.

Jimmy Rock 04-26-2007 11:13 AM

Yes legal no questions asked

jeffrey 04-26-2007 11:27 AM

Damn, she is going to be rich.

Some place here a couple years ago kicked out a lady with her infant for breast feeding at one of the booths, reports were that she settled out of court for just shy of a million, and she only had a social assistance lawyer.

In reality you shouldnt be looking anyways. And two say only good looking chicks can do it is well... in the least not politically correct, lol.

While there should be an age cut off, that would really just be for a socially acceptable thing.

It became legal because of breastfeeding?

LexiLexxx 04-26-2007 11:37 AM

I did it with both my son's, I'd like to have someone come up to me and get in my face about it.

Babies are so precious.

StarkReality 04-26-2007 11:47 AM

It shouldn't be illegal, but it's not very respectful to do it in full public.

Saw it in a restaurant recently, with two dozen people eating and watching. It's not that hard to stand up and disappear for a few minutes, showing some respect for others who don't want to watch it.

Snake Doctor 04-26-2007 11:50 AM

No, babies should starve because it might offend someone.

Nursing mothers should never be allowed to leave the house until their baby is weaned off the tit, how dare they!!!

</sarcasm>

pink_in_the_middle 04-26-2007 11:57 AM

You'd be surprised to see the looks you get from men and women. Some don't have a problem with it and others stare and sometimes make rude comments, and it's just a boob with a child attached to it eating. As Stuart said pretty much, if you're thinking naughty thoughts thats YOU. Personally when I see a mother feeding her child no matter what she looks like it brings me to tears. It's the most beautiful thing to see or to be a part of.

I remember for my first son taking him out when he was 2 days old to Denny's. I was trying to eat my dinner but my son decided he wanted his dinner at the same time, so I got out my receiving blanket to cover myself so nobody would see. This was my first time feeding in public, I was a bit nervous to see people's reactions. Most people didn't even notice but the ones that were giving me the weird looks couldn't keep their eyes off us. Funny how that works eh lol

Another time I was on the city bus with my son, he started crying for food so I had to feed him. Nobody wanted to give up their seat so I pulled up my top just enough to feed my son and I could feel people staring at me lol.

Definitely, there are some things you shouldn't be doing in a restaurant, legal or not. One time somebody was hacking up a storm into their handkerchief the whole time -- not breaking any laws, but damn.

More would agrue that its not very respectful to watch.

Your saying that a mother with an infant should go into the bathroom or maybe a janitors closet to breast feed?

Yep, it was the La Leche league and several other breastfeeding organizations that lobbied to have the law changed in the first place to allow them to be topless and breastfeed anywhere.

tASSy 04-26-2007 12:01 PM

totally legal. it's currently legal anyhow, the restaurant staff was out of order. the saddest part to me is that it made the woman feel *ashamed* of something that she's doing for her baby that's the best alternative.

Yep...nothing makes you feel dirty faster than some creep trying to catch a boob shot while you feed your child.. Takes a precious thing and makes it icky. It's one thing for people to watch and appreciate the loving beauty involved, it's another when people are looking down their noses at you or running away to jerk off. I always fed in public when I had to, but I tried to be discreet and not draw the attention of those types. There's always a balance.
