Selling Our Websites
 

We are looking at possibly selling our fetish websites...however first need to establish how much they are worth. Ideally we would like to get together with experts in this field..but so far not been successful in finding the right people...all advice welcome..

usually its 3 months capital + money for the PR + money for monthly uniques.

Its what value is placed on that traffic and page rank that you'll need to find out.

Why not just throw some figures around the buy/sell section and see who bites?

The sale includes 9 Adult Niche Subscription sites with a Gross of approx 1 mill. dollars per annum (net down to around 850K)
Been running now for 6 years.
Also have various add ons like a Affiliate Program support desks and forums that we use to push traffic.
Traffic at moment is running at a minimum of 600,000 uniques per month.
Everything when the time is right can be verified with clear evidence of what comes in etc.
