clubusacasino.com - loophole for US online gamblers?
Just spoke with one of their reps, and they claim it's 100% legal for US players as the servers are not located in the US, and they don't have to answer to US law. They said since you log into their servers that aren't in the US, technically I'm not playing in the US. This seems a little odd to me. Anyone else know more about the topic?

pr0,
That was my take on it too... |
well it makes perfect sense to them...until they get off the plane & put into handcuffs here in America.
Online gambling prohibition, like everything else is going to be a losing battle. Those who wish to play will find a way. U.S. Lawmakers are idiots & now england & several offshore-setup countries will rake in all the $ Good job saving bobby at college with his $500 limit visa big brother...seriously kudo's for taking away a perfectly fine thing, because of a couple assholes with gambling problems. |
pr0,
Honestly? My take on it is that the big players here in the US that have interests/$$/properties in physical casinos didn't like the small % of loss they took to online gambling. I don't think it really had anything to do with it otherwise. |
