I'm finnin' to murder the Fedex man

2 days in a row this cock sucker came MORE than an hour early and FedEx will not send him back.

Both times I scheduled a pick-up for a certain time, and came back to my house 45 mins before the pick-up to find this asshole came OVER an hour before when he should have and said that it was the only time he could make it.

I crawled up the poor phone girls ass, and then her managers. Tomorrow I will call again, be here 2 hours before and confront the delivery guy when he comes. For sure I'm going to fuck with him HARD because he caused me to miss a deadline.

Yesterdays package was worth more than what he makes in a year.

How about you just drop it off at a drop off point?

FedEx finally lost my business when they overcharged me $20 for absolutely no reason… I sent a package out that cost $7, they charged me $27. This wasn’t the first time they had fucked with me, they conveniently forgot to pick up my packages on two occasions that had been scheduled a week in advance… this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I called their billing department and they said they couldn’t help me so I closed my account with them and gave all my future business to the USPS (which ain’t all peaches and cream, but they get the job done).

madawgz 04-25-2007 04:01 PM

you cant go and pick it up?

IllTestYourGirls 04-25-2007 04:02 PM

that sucks.... I am expecting a FedEx soon I hope I get it

vvq 04-25-2007 04:15 PM

just take it to a fedex location.

NinjaSteve 04-25-2007 04:18 PM

This whole 'take it to location' stuff is not the point. They charge more than USPS, they offer a service, they should do the service they offer.

northboy 04-25-2007 04:21 PM

at least they are better than UPS

jeffrey 04-25-2007 04:22 PM

Why are they delivering it to somewhere that your not?
Using a stolen card to order stuff and have it sent to some abandoned house or construction site or someting?

and odds are he is making more then 20k a year... so what the hell are you shipping worth more then 20k?

Exactly.

I called for a pick-up because that is the service they offer and they provide this service to me often. I use them several times a week, every week. It is not acceptable for them to show up over an hour early. Not even once.

I suppose if I did not run 3 business, post on GFYand had nothing to do with my time I could drive around town to the nearest drop off station, but that is not going to happen. FedEx fees are among the highest and they do offer a pick-up service, so I expect them to be on time or pretty damn near close to it. :2 cents:

They probably have a new mexican driver.

We see you can read. The comprehension part still needs some work. :winkwink:

It's pretty unrealistic to think that the drivers can routinely show up on time or close to it every day when the schedule for people calling for pickups is essentially completely random. Think about it. You don't think that a driver leaves directly from the the Fedex terminal and goes straight to your place? Even with the best intentions they are bound to have quite a bit of variability in traffic on their routes. The solution is to just call when you are already home and have your package ready, not calling far in advance when you don't have the package ready yet or you are out running errands yourself.

They PICK-UP what I have, and ship it to another location on the other side of the country.

You are correct, but they are usually on time within 10 minutes. Same guy now for a few years. I'm thinking they have a new driver.

Sorry, I have been listening to a lot of rap the past few days. It's been bringing the ghetto out of me.

slang for "preparing to execute a series of actions"

I once had this English teach that stressed to me "you can fix a bike, you can fix a car... but you can't fix 'TO'"...

I told her she hadn't been in the South long enough yet. :)
