Hello,
This girl wants to start a single girl site. I had no idea but come to find out she has two tattoos. One on her the back of her shoulder and one on her stomach that you can see. Before this I had offered her $15,000 to start and 50% of the profit monthly as long as the site is updated. I fear she won't be interested if I offer her any lower money to start. She probably doesn't understand how much money per month this could be for her so she may be hesitant to start without up front payment. What is your opinion on all of this?

The reason for me asking is also because these sites have potential to make a lot of money and I thought if it does make 40k over X amount of months I am willing to give up 15k to start and a percent of the profit. Is that so wrong? I am not trying to be greedy by taking all of the money.

She is cute but what will set her apart from the hundreds of solo girl sites out there? You should really think about it before you start putting up this kind of money upfront. The solo girl market is a tough nut to crack. Money can be made in the solo girl market but I would never pay one of my models this kind of money upfront. Is this type of discussion not something that anyone wants to talk about because its a close knit community and no one wants to ruin it? I can understand all these things. Although I see stable and reliable single girl sites that seems to do well and I would like to make sure the girl is happy.

I think you're not taking a lot of things into consideration, for example you're going to have hosting costs, affiliate payouts, CCBill alone will take up to 16% off the top for processing, design, templates, the money it costs to produce more content, etc. I am not sure what kind of contract you have in place with her, but I am sure if you say "I'll pay you 50%" in the contract, and then later you tell her "That was after expenses" she will think you're trying to fuck her over and get pissed and quit, or take you to court and try to get 50% off the top if shes smart, or both.

SHe's hot and should do well..if i where you i would stay away from offering the 15k up front. most likely she'll take that money and run..what i would recomened is offer her a monthly salary to shoot, something like 2-3k a month and then when site starts making money give her percentage instead of salary, this will keep her hungry for more and keep her copmming back for more shoots..

A lot of good things have been said already and thank you for that. I want to briefly explain I am not offering her that money upfront without anything. I am offering it to her once the initial content is done. I havent figured out the terms of payment with that situation yet. I love star pimps idea of offering it in installments over a set number of months.

I never planned to give 15k up front but I do apologize because I did not explain myself well enough for you to understand what I mean. Rather than a figure of $15k, tell her you'll pay her $200 a set (or whatever) for up to X sets prior to the site launch, then 50% net after that. That way your ass is covered if she flakes after 3 days.
