Epass support is silly! Except Michael.O! :)
I've send an e-mail to Epassporte support couple of weeks ago, in order to withdraw my funds from the account. Ofcourse, with no answer.
In the meanwhile, I talked to Michael Olsen (Keyser Soze) and he gave me all the help. The money's been sent to the bank account. Two weeks later (today), I've got a reply from the support that I only have couple of hundred bucks there, and it's not enough to do the wire transfer! :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh Thanks Michael for all the help! :thumbsup Epass would suck without you! The rest of the Epass crew is... simply silly... :upsidedow |
I agree with you 100%. No clue what they are doing over there. If it wasnt for Michael they would be out of business it seems.

Think about the thousands and thousands of people out there with an ePassporte problem that don't know Michael and how they must feel waiting weeks to hear back from support :Oh crap

Michael is the unsung hero of Epassporte and if they were really smart, they'd put him in charge of people so he can teach them how to do even half the job he does. :)

I am seeing a trend here of people only being able to get satisfaction when dealing with either the owner of certain companies, or 1 or 2 or the reliable employees? Am I the only one who sees this as an unsatisfactory condition? Seriously, no disrespect to anyone, but if there was more competition for some of these companies, how could operations like that survive? |
