Has anyone here ever used Spectersoft keylogging software?
http://spectersoft.com/
I have a question if you have regarding a specific function of the particular brand of software. I also have a legal question or two regarding what you can do with the information and also whether if is legal to use the software on a computer other than your own if the computer belongs to a minor. And if so, what if the and the computer is in a different county? Would that computer still be considered the parents computer? |
Uhhhhhhh... why do you need to monitor a foreign child's computer for legal reasons, if you don't mind my asking?

this is a little creepy imo.

I'm not going to monitor anyone. I'd never do that... I can't totally get into it but there is a 17 year old that needs help and her parents are keylogging her without her knowledge and going to use that info against her in a harmful way because they are emotionally abusive. They've already moved her out of the home but are still controlling her movements and looking for further ways to harm her. I can't get into specifics beyond that but ...
I need to know exactly what the emails look like when a report is sent to them. There is a name attached that is not theirs. It appears to hold a name that given the circumstances could prove that they attempted to entrap someone else of who has been a support source for her emotionally. And you're right. It IS creepy. Horrifying if you knew the details. |

hmmm....if you suspect that keylogging on her computer, might as well search for software that can block it.
