The more i think about it, the more i suspect he may not survive. Crying like a baby over a 35 day sentence says it all..... |
Joe Francis is reportedly going crazy in jail -- literally -- under the withering verbal assault of a convicted cop killer who's going wild, taunting Francis day and night with shouts of "Girls Gone Wild! Joe Francis! Whoo!"
What's more, the pimpresario is having "full-blown anxiety attacks" and is "breaking down," his lawyer tells the News-Herald of Panama City, Fla. He is isolated in a cold cell with only a towel and a blanket to keep him warm. And the poor, poor multimillionaire's plight is being exacerbated by his jail ward-mate, Robert Bailey, who has been sentenced to die for killing a police officer. Bailey, according to Aaron Dyer, Francis' lawyer, "would sit there and yell, 'Girls Gone Wild! Joe Francis! Whoo!" Last week, said Dyer, Francis missed the medication cart and "went into a full-blown anxiety attack." ----- This may just be a warm-up if Joe gets hit with Federal jail time for tax fraud... Hell, we could all do 40 days and not even bat an eye.
|
haha that cop killer rocks

this is the best quote of the whole article:
"His attorney, Jan Handzlik, said being in jail had changed his client. "He is a different man. Undoubtedly he is a different man," he said." |

Do you think he'll skip the country before the fraud charges reign in? The jail time for contempt of court that he's serving 35 days for is pittance compared to the more serious fraud charges. Or is it likely he'll walk anyway?
|
what a pansy ass. :'( any of us did that shit and we'd be in the pen for YEARS

Only know of one person who was jailed of 7 days for "contempt" - she was asked to apologize for something and refused to do so, simply because she was "right" and considered no need for an apology. Judge tried to "persuade" her and threatened a fine of.. not much, about $300, - and back comes the reply "Who do you think I am?? Ivana Trump??" :1orglaugh :1orglaugh Judge then tried to persuade again and if she still refused, would have to order jail time. "Fine... you must act as the law states - that is your duty" So, he sentenced her to seven days, - but let her loose in four :winkwink: |
His cell mate??
Yeah I am sure they put him in a cell with a killer. Such bullshit. |

He should be out in a week or two on the contempt sentence, since I guess he will get credit for time served, and time off for good behavior if he doesn't have another melt down - although I think he is still facing charges for bribery and possessing contraband drugs during his current stay in jail. I'd like to see most of you go 35 days in jail. i know id never want to..

35 days can be a very long time for someone used to a very comfortable lifestyle who never was in jail before. A month isn't long, but I'd guess for him it's like ages...it's not like a boring stay in hospital, it's much different and enough to cause lasting psychological damages.
|
Seems very harsh to give him 35 days in Jail and pair him up with someone convicted to the death penalty.
Most of this story will be bullshit to keep his sites in the newspapers. Imagine the signups he'll be getting from it all? |
Moreover, he spends his time with cell mate who is a convicted cop-killer. This looks crazy. http://wwtdd.com/

Bwahhahhah
U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak = Judge Dick Smoke... ahhahah |
Actualy ive just got outa a US jail after 6 half months for immigration issues....
Now im certainly no 'hard man' by any means or description... Ive got no criminal record, and it was the first time I saw the inside of a jail in my life ! But to be truthfull, it was piss easy... Time flew by and it was over, and i was out in no time... Unfortunatly, i DONT have a millionare lifestyle to return too... But if I DID have that lifestyle awaiting me... Im sure that it would have gone by, even quicker ! :) |
