DELL - Smart customer service?
So the new DELL I got blew.. Crashes constantly, nightmare performance... Wasn't feeling to confident about contacting a company that has no store but hey why not, I paid 5 large for this toaster haha.
Dude on the phone was just like us, tech savvy and in moments had my answer and a waybill of sending the replacement part for ME to install!
So DELL, despite your pricey machines, you guys are damn good... so far, you fuckers shoulda just sold me a working video card in my computer! :thumbsup
