Whenever I was given work, it got done - and in a timely manner.

"Its nothing personal. We just do not have enough work for you.".

happen to me in the car business in the late 80's, it really sucks and my roommate was the one that had to lay me off.

Yeah, I was laid off by the admin... instead of by my boss!

"Sorry _____ , I am just carrying through with the order I was given"
