I've tried:

Advanced PSD repair
Photoshop Recovery
Flobo

All these give errors trying to read the files.

I'll open it up and fix the 1's and 0's for ya!!

I don't know how it can be done exactly but there's a trick to fix headers/certain lines of a corrupted psd file using FAR or any other application that allows to open it in a text mode. Try to google for it.
