Cats are mean killing machines if they want to, I've seen personally a 5-pound cat beating the shit out of a 40-pound dog and they had to take the dog to the vet because the cat did awful things to it's nose and eyes. Of course, the dog was stupid enough to get close to the newborn kittens and that provoked the mother.
