    I turned 30 today...ugh!

    Yes, today is my 30th birthday...
    To be honest I dont feel different at all, but it sure does sound weird saying the number 30 when Im asked how old I am, lol.

                                                          over the next few years you will start to notice a slow decline.
                                                          There is a comercial that airs in the Us that explains it well. It's a drug comercial (I cant remember which one).
                                                          It a female school teacher explaining how its one thing after another.

                                                          You will start to notice that you get fatigue quicker and your muscles will start to ache after events that didn't cause a problem before.
